Vinh is an accomplished chartered engineer in building services (Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Fire Protection. He has more than sixteen years of experience in the construction industry.

Vinh has led a collection of prominent projects within Victoria. These projects are currently trailblazing the architectural landscape of Melbourne.

Vinh is an engaging, bold and determined individual. He has a passion for his client’s success and is driven by outstanding results.

DIRECTOR

Denny has more than 30 years’ experience working in the Building Services industry in Victoria and aboard in Malaysia and California, USA. He is a registered Professional Engineers with the Business Licensing Authority (BLA). Denny is always willing to extend a helping hand to his client to achieve their goals. He goes above and beyond with his enthusiasm to provide outstanding service to his clients, while exceeding their expectations.  

He has exposure in a wide range of sectors, and his responsibilities have included design engineering, project leadership, technical training, condition audits and report writing. He is specialised in the field of Building Services in Mechanical Engineering and Facility Management.

DENNY OOI

ASSOCIATE, SENIOR MECHANICAL PROJECT ENGINEER

Udaya is a seasoned electrical engineer, with more than two decades of experience in the industry. During this time, he has worked on numerous faucets of engineering in his field, some examples being, lighting, communications, security systems, power distribution systems, generations systems and many more throughout his extensive project repertoire.

A notable example being, Victorian comprehensive Cancer Centre (VCCC), which stands as one of his favorites among the many he has completed.

Udaya is also passionate in sharing his knowledge, having taken part in mentorship of young engineers in the past. Believing the merit in sharing and helping his peers.

Achieving success to Udaya is more than individual skill. Hence, he is committed to building strong professional relationships with is colleagues and clients. In sharing his eccentric and outgoing personality with others, Udaya aims to provide the best results for any project while enjoying the process along the way.

Jason has more than 10 years’ combined experience working in both ESD and Building Services industry in Victoria. He is a registered Professional Engineers with the Business Licensing Authority (BLA). Along his years of experience, he has worked in various sectors including residential, commercial, mixed use, education facilities, public buildings, pharmaceutical, hotel, student accommodations and fit-outs. 

Jason is always keen to make additional efforts to ensure client’s aspirations can be achieved as well as providing great client satisfaction. He has exposure in the ESD field which gives him an edge in providing a sustainable and cost-effective design to deliver the best outcome.

MECHANICAL PROJECT ENGINEER

Trinh is an experienced hydraulic and fire engineer with many years of experience in designing and documenting hydraulic and fire protection systems. She has demonstrated history of working in a wide range of sectors including residential, mixed use, aged care, education facilities, fit-outs, retails, food & beverage, hotel and accommodation. She is proficient in Revit and AutoCAD documentation and is a team player.

Wilson Nguyen is a Senior Hydraulic Engineer with over 13 years of experience delivering hydraulic building services across major healthcare, aviation, commercial, hospitality and infrastructure projects. He has contributed to landmark developments including the Melbourne Airport Terminal 2 expansion, where he played a key role in designing and coordinating complex hydraulic services within a live operational environment. Wilson's expertise spans hydraulic and plumbing design, multidisciplinary project coordination, authority liaison and project delivery from concept through to construction. Recognised for his collaborative approach and technical leadership, he works closely with clients, architects and contractors to develop practical, efficient engineering solutions that deliver lasting value.

Alex is a senior electrical engineer who has worked in the Building Services industry for more than 15 years.

Alex has led the electrical design working in multi-disciplinary teams across a range of specialist projects including commercial, education, healthcare, residential, data centres, museums, rail, and urban realm projects both in Australia as well as a two-year assignment in the UK.

Through exposure to this broad range of specialist projects, Alex has an in-depth understanding of electrical services and can apply this knowledge to new projects to provide innovative and high-quality design outcomes. Alex has experience in project management and delivery, from inception and concept phases, through to construction and commissioning and he values strong working relationships with Client, Architects and Stakeholders throughout the design development and construction process.

Nick is a Senior Electrical Engineer with more than 15 years of experience delivering building services projects across Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia. He specialises in the design, review and coordination of electrical building services, including power distribution, lighting, communications, security, emergency power and life safety systems. Nick has worked collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects across the healthcare, education, commercial, civic, residential and specialist disability accommodation sectors, while providing technical assurance and supporting project delivery from concept through to completion. His practical, solutions-focused approach, combined with strong knowledge of Australian Standards, the National Construction Code and authority requirements, enables him to deliver high-quality, compliant and efficient engineering outcomes for clients.

Vincent Nguyen is a Senior Mechanical Engineer with over 10 years of experience delivering mechanical building services for commercial office fit-outs, healthcare facilities, retail developments and infrastructure upgrades. He played a key role in the delivery of office fit-outs for The GPT Group and 101 Collins St, leading the mechanical services design and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver a high-performance workplace environment. Vincent's expertise includes HVAC system design, heat load analysis, equipment selection, plant replacement projects and construction-phase coordination. Known for his collaborative approach and attention to detail, he works closely with clients, architects and contractors to deliver practical, efficient solutions that support successful project outcomes.

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, she has delivered HVAC solutions across a broad range of sectors, including commercial, residential, educational, healthcare, and industrial facilities. Her expertise spans design and drafting, equipment selection, technical documentation, and report writing, enabling her to support projects from concept through to completion. SENIOR LIGHTING DESIGNER

Connie joined our Hydraulic and Fire Protection Engineering team in 2023, bringing more than five years of industry experience and a strong foundation in delivering high-quality engineering solutions. She has contributed to a diverse range of projects across the education, commercial and fire and emergency services sectors. Her project experience includes the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) Next Generation Schools Program, William Buck Office and Vestas Melbourne Office fit-outs, Fintona Girls’ School, and Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) projects.

Known for her strong work ethic and collaborative approach, Connie is committed to delivering practical and reliable outcomes that meet project requirements and client expectations. She builds strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, supporting smooth project delivery while maintaining a high level of professionalism, responsiveness and quality throughout each project.

HYDRAULIC & FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEER

Tu Le joined as a Graduate Electrical Engineer in late 2025 after completing his Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and successfully undertaking a two-year internship with Caleb Engineers. During this time, he developed strong technical capability and has contributed to projects including Kolbe Catholic College Mickleham, Aintree North Primary School and commercial fit-out projects across Victoria. Tu has strengths in power authority liaison and supply strategy, NBN design, and coordination with clients, architects, builders, and building surveyors to deliver compliant, well-coordinated outcomes. He is committed to delivering high-quality engineering with precision and professionalism and is a trusted and respected part of our electrical team, supporting new interns while making a valuable contribution to the continued success of key projects.

As Operations and Business Development Manager, Jenny plays a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships and supporting the successful delivery of projects across Caleb Engineers. Drawing on extensive experience in operations within the hospitality industry, followed by a successful career with ANZ in the banking sector, she brings a strong customer focus, commercial acumen, and operational expertise to the business. Jenny is an integral part of the Business Development team, fostering trusted relationships with clients while providing a vital link between our engineering team, management, and stakeholders. Her collaborative approach, organisational skills, and commitment to exceptional service help ensure seamless communication and positive outcomes for every project.
